What to include

For a bug report, the tool's URL, what you expected, and what happened instead (a screenshot helps a lot). For a feature idea, a short description of the task you're trying to do is more useful than a full spec — I'll figure out the details.

Response time

I usually reply within a few days. This isn't a 24/7 support line, so please be patient — and don't send anything highly sensitive (passwords, financial account numbers, etc.) by email.
