Worker's Studio is a small, independently-run collection of free browser-based tools — not a registered company or a professional service. These terms cover the basics of using the site; they're a starting template, not a substitute for legal advice.
The service
Worker's Studio offers free tools across PDFs, images, text, random picks, time, money, charts, and education and statistics. Every tool processes your files and content in your browser and never sends your input anywhere. All tools are free to use, with no payment and no sign-in required. The site also runs a separate digital downloads shop that sells paid files such as planners, spreadsheets and templates.
Accounts
You don't need an account to browse, use the tools or buy from the shop. You can choose to sign in with Google (free) to keep a record of the tools you've used across devices and browsers, and to see your shop orders in “My account”.
Payments
There are two kinds of payment on this site: digital-download purchases and optional "Buy me a coffee" donations. Shop orders are paid by FPS transfer with the order number in the payment note, and we confirm each payment by hand; online donations are handled by the payment provider Airwallex, and we never see or store your full card details. Prices are in Macau patacas (MOP), and every payment is one-off, not a subscription. If anything goes wrong with a payment, contact mindwalkmo@gmail.com and we'll help.
Digital downloads shop
If you order without signing in, you give us a delivery email; if you're signed in with Google, files go to your Google account's email. Please make sure the address is right — we'll do our best to help if a typo means the files don't arrive, but we can't guarantee it. Once we confirm your payment, we email the download links to that address; they work for 7 days, up to 5 downloads per file, so save a copy once downloaded. A purchase gives you a personal-use licence: you may use, edit and print the files on your own devices, but you may not resell, share or publish them, or offer the files (or edited versions of them) as your own products. We may disable a link that has been forwarded or abused. Orders must be paid within 7 days or they are cancelled automatically. Products, prices and availability may change at any time; orders already paid are not affected.
Refunds
Digital downloads aren't refundable for a change of mind once delivered (a corrupted or misdescribed file will be replaced or refunded), and a "buy me a coffee" donation is a voluntary gift that likewise isn't refundable for a change of mind. We do refund genuine payment errors (a double charge, a wrong amount) if you contact us within 14 days. Full details, and how to request one, are on the Refund Policy page (/refunds).
Calculators and generated results
Tools like the salary, loan, GPA, and statistics calculators produce estimates based on the numbers you enter and the formulas described on each tool's page — they are not financial, tax, legal, medical, or professional advice, and we don't verify that your inputs are correct. Please double-check anything you plan to rely on for an official, financial, or academic decision.
Acceptable use
Please don't abuse the service through automation. Apart from search engines and AI services that follow robots.txt, don't bulk-crawl, mirror or download the site's pages or content; don't use the service to process unlawful content; and don't paste passwords, API keys or other highly sensitive data into any tool.
Content and intellectual property
The site's text, design, tool descriptions and shop files belong to Worker's Studio and may not be copied, reproduced or republished elsewhere without permission. Running a tool locally in your own browser to process your own files is a different thing from copying the website itself, and buying a shop file only gives you the personal-use licence described above. If you find your content used here without authorisation, or find this site copied elsewhere, please contact mindwalkmo@gmail.com.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that any tool's output will always be error-free — please keep your own backup of original files and independently verify important results before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on a calculator's output.
Changes
We may update the tools, this site, or these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
