Disclaimer
Last updated: 2026-10-18
Every result on this site is for general, personal reference only — check it against your own situation before relying on it. This page applies to every tool category on the site: PDF, images, text, random, work & time, money, drawing, and students & teachers / education & statistics. Nothing here is legal, medical, investment, tax, accounting, or other individualized professional advice.
Money & estimate calculators
The net salary, overtime pay, mortgage payment, compound interest, savings goal, and inflation tools use the inputs you provide and the general formulas described on each tool's page — results are estimates, and can differ from an official payslip, loan contract, or a financial institution's own calculation due to rounding, base assumptions, or local rules that aren't modeled. These tools generally can't account for exception-based labor arrangements, part-time rules, regional minimum-wage differences, company-specific bonus structures, or individual contract terms — treat an official amount as coming from your payslip, loan agreement, labor regulations, or a qualified professional, not from this site.
Education & statistics tools
The grade average, GPA, T-score, Z-score, percentile rank, class rank percentile, normalized score converter, standard deviation, Cronbach's Alpha, and SPSS result interpreter tools rely on specific statistical assumptions — such as an approximately normal distribution or an adequate sample size. When your data doesn't meet those assumptions, the tool still returns a number, but that number may not carry the statistical meaning you'd expect. Don't treat an output as an official grade, an academic conclusion, or an admissions determination — if you use a result in a paper or formal report, confirm the method fits your research design and your institution's requirements.
PDF, image & file tools
Merge, split, compress, and convert tools can change a file's original layout, embedded fonts, or internal structure; image compression is typically lossy, and quality generally can't be fully restored once compressed. You're responsible for confirming you hold the copyright, license, and any personal-data-handling rights for whatever you upload — a tool being able to process a file doesn't mean you have the right to copy, convert, publish, or distribute its contents. Browser version, device memory, file format, or third-party library limits can also cause a tool to fail or produce inconsistent results — keep your original files, and re-open and check an important output rather than treating it as your only copy.
Random, drawing & classroom tools
Random-pick results (dice, spin wheel, random picker, etc.) shouldn't be used for a legally binding lottery, gambling, or anything that must satisfy specific regulations — for an official drawing, confirm a compliant mechanism with the organizer instead. The bar and pie chart makers only draw the numbers you enter — they don't verify whether that data is correct, so a chart is only as accurate as your input. Classroom tools (seating chart, grouping tool, student picker) are meant for everyday classroom convenience, not for producing an official roster, grading record, or disciplinary decision.
Shop products
The planners, spreadsheets, templates and AI prompts sold in the shop are aids for organising and drafting. Lunar dates and solar terms in the planner follow the Hong Kong Observatory; the festivals marked are not public holidays, which follow government announcements; spreadsheet results are estimates, and your actual accounts take precedence; the people, companies and figures in the résumé templates are fictional examples; and content you get from AI with the prompts can be wrong, so check facts, figures and quotes yourself and don't paste confidential or personal data into AI services.
We're not an official body
This site is not a government agency, financial institution, medical provider, legal authority, examination body, or an employer's HR system, and doesn't confirm official qualifications, amounts, rankings, diagnoses, or application outcomes on behalf of any organization.
Your responsibility
Any decision or action you take based on a tool's result is your own responsibility. If you have questions about how a calculation works, reach out via the contact page — we don't provide binding, individualized opinions for specific situations.
Updates to this page
A meaningful change to this page updates the "last updated" date above. The formulas or assumptions behind a tool may also be revised as that category gets reviewed — the "content & verification reviewed" note near the bottom of a tool's page is the fastest way to check whether it was recently looked at. If a tool's default assumptions don't match your situation (a different regional tax bracket, a different company policy), adjust the inputs yourself rather than assuming the defaults describe you — a tool calculates from what you enter, not from a guess about who you are.
